How do I know if online tutoring is for me?
I can offer you a 15 to 30-minute consultation in which I explain what technologies and programmes I use and what you can expect from an hour long session, much like a taster session. I can also ascertain what your strengths and weaknesses are and what you are looking to achieve.

What if I need to cancel a lesson?
Provided that you let me know at least 24 hours before your lesson, I will happily cancel the lesson at no charge. If you do not let me know before then I will fully expect the lesson to go ahead as I would have prepared the material, therefore payment would still be required. I will allow one ‘grace’ session but after that it would be a 24-hour requirement.

What if I need help outside of tutorials?
I will happily correspond with you via email to answer any questions or concerns, however, this will be limited to content and questions we have covered through our tutorials only.
